Rules of the Gym
I agree to abide by the rules of the gym as posted and amended, and to follow any instructions issued by employees or personnel. I agree to use the premises and the equipment provided in a courteous and thoughtful manner and to treat other members and gym staff with respect, to ensure that all patrons can use the gym without compromise to their health and safety, or under risk of injury.
Membership Fees
All memberships are on a month subscription basis and will renew automatically until written notice of cancellation is received. All members must provide a 1-calendar month (30 days) written notice of cancellation. A doctor’s note must be provided to cancel without 30 days notice. All membership privileges terminate on the day of cancellation. In the event that a member is unable to attend classes due to injury or travel (must be away for over 4 weeks), a written notice must be given before the billing date of the account and may be held without charge for up to 2 calendar months. After 2 months the member is charged full monthly rate unless a doctor’s note is re-issued thereby a $20 monthly admin fee will be charged till the member returns to class. Membership fees are subject to change upon 30 days advance automatic debit.. All sales are final, no refunds will be issued for any products, services, or unused membership time.
